You can find this quaint mid-century remodel minutes from downtown Gibsonville, North Carolina. This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home was built in 1935 and sits on 3.5 acres in a beautiful wooded lot. Nearly a century after its original construction, GCF Inc. Custom Builder was hired to restore this classic home back to its former glory. Walls were removed and a modern open floorplan was installed that mirrors the characteristics of today’s architectural design. The open floor plan allowed for a newly renovated kitchen, kitchen island, and the addition of a second bathroom.
